Back Pain
Most back pain can be managed at home with advice from a pharmacist*.
If back pain is severe or ongoing you could see the advanced physiotherapist - contact the Practice Team for appropriate appointment.

Burns  Please contact A&E or district nursing services.
Cellulitis (skin inection)

Chest infection  Please ring and speak to a member of the Practice Team to access the triage service.
Chest Pain If severe/feels like a heart attack go to A&E ASAP or dial 999. Otherwise please ring to arrange triage call back.

Colds  Self care at home or consult community pharmacist* for advice.
Constipation  Self care at home or consult community pharmacist* for advice.

Contraception - morning after pill Available from the community pharmacists, or, if in school, the
school nurse.
Cough  Most simple coughs/colds can be self managed at home with support from a community pharmacist. If not settling in 2 weeks, please ring to access the triage service.
Cystitis  Self care at home or consult community pharmacist. If problem persists, please ring and speak to a member of the Practice Team to access the triage service.
Dental problem
Please consult your dentist.
Diarrhoea Most simple diarrhoea can be self managed at home with support from a community pharmacist. If worsening/still unwell for more than a week contact the Practice Team.
Dizziness If problem persists, please ring and speak to a member of the Practice Team to access the triage service.
Ear syringing
Please ring to book an appointment with a practice nurse.
Eczema  Self care and consult your community pharmacist*. If not settling book an appointment with a GP.
Eye soreness/infection  Self care is now recommended for conjunctivitis. If infection is more severe, please consult your optician. Find an optician near you at www.eyecare.wales.nhs.uk.
Eye injury  Go to A&E.
Fit note ("sick note")

Penis pain/soreness

Rash
