There are a number of services which are not covered by the NHS, which we can offer. These include:
- HGV and taxi medicals*
- medical reports
- private letters
- private sick notes
- fitness to travel letters
- holiday cancellation certificates.
- to whom it may concern letters
Please ring the surgery or ask at Reception if you require any further information. Please note that there is a charge for the above services and a £10 deposit is required.
*We have limited appointments for HGV and taxi medicals, so please ensure you book your appointment well in advance.
