Repeat Prescriptions can be requested in person at the surgery using the repeat prescription slips or via the NHS App.

Patients are requested to kindly give at least 72 working hours between prescription request and collecting the prescriptions.
If you would like us to send the prescriptions to a particular pharmacy, use the right hand slip on the prescription to mark the particular pharmacist you would like to use and we can send it to that pharmacy (please give one extra working day if you choose to do so).
All Rowlands pharmacy's now require 7 days notice to complete your request.
Acute Prescriptions
If you have been given a pink slip/ other documentation from hospital / outpatients clinics etc, please bring this to the surgery and we can issue these medications (after the GP has cleared the request). As per agreements with the hospitals, please give at least 72 working hours for us to process these requests.
Any other medication requests have to be given in writing to the surgery, which will then be processed by the GP's and appropriate action taken.
Due to safety issues, we DO NOT accept prescription requests via phone.
