One of our Medical receptionists will ask you some questions about your problem. This will enable our receptionists to be able to offer you the appropriate service that you may need.
Please be aware that our Medical Reception Team may direct you to an alternative service if they feel this is appropriate, such as your local pharmacist, or WECS for eye problems.
